triple D's tacos.

When we lived in Provo we used to visit T's aunt and uncle every couple of weeks. They invited us over for tacos one night and they were so good that I've been making them at home ever since. Todd and his uncle have the same name so we call Uncle Todd, Triple D.

I heard about this new awesome app called RoadMovies. It makes 24 second videos and you can add music to it. I am kind of loving it so I made a little video during the taco making process. Make these!! They are d'lish.

Triple D's Tacos

- small corn tortillas
- grated cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- pico de gallo (i use pioneer woman's recipe here)
- sliced avocado
- ground beef
- taco seasoning
- cilantro
- lime
- any other toppings you'd like

Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain the fat. Add taco seasoning and follow directions on the back of the package.
Shred the cheese, cut up the lettuce into chunks, slice the avocado, chop up some cilantro, slice the lime, and prepare the pico de gallo.
In a small pan, heat up 1/4 cup canola oil. Fry each small corn tortilla for about 15 seconds. Transfer to paper towels to dry off the excess oil.
Layer your tacos however you want! Enjoy with a nice cold Diet Coke or a Jarritos soda.
