So guess what? I am on day 13 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout. I have never done anything like this before, and I am really loving it!! Jillian kicks my rear. And for the first week I was so sore that it hurt to live. Luckily, it's only 20 minutes a day which makes it worth it! The workout is 3 levels. You do each level for 10 days. I am on level 2 and I feel like I am going to die ten minutes into it. I don't even want to know what level 3 has in store. But I can do it!!

I will not be showing you any "before" and "after" shots. Google those if you want to see other people's results. It is a great at-home workout which is what I need right now. I'll let you know how it turns out after day 30! 

Have any of you done the 30 Day Shred before? Did you like it?

I have heard great things about this workout from friends never done it though. What does it involve? Is there alot of jumping around? I have neighboors below me so I don't want to be too obnoxious! hahah
